Dabei traten sechs Teams gegeneinander an und stellten sich dem mit Assoz.-Prof. PD Mag. Dr. Florian Burger, RA Dr. Peter Walln\u00f6fer und Richterin Dr. Alexandra Unger prominent besetzten Richtersenat.<\/p>\n<p>Das von unserer Arbeitsrechts-Expertin <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chg.at\/profile\/marlene-wachter\/\">Marlene Wachter<\/a> betreute Team bestehend aus Larissa Hofmarcher und Susanne Musenbichler konnten den Richtersenat nicht nur mit ihrem ausgezeichneten Schriftsatz, sondern auch mit einer hervorragenden fachlichen und rhetorischen Leistung in der Schlussverhandlung \u00fcberzeugen und gewann sowohl das Revisionsverfahren als auch das Landesfinale!<\/p>\n<p>Wir gratulieren allen Teilnehmern und ganz besonders unserem Team sehr herzlich zu ihren beeindruckenden Leistungen und w\u00fcnschen Larissa Hofmarcher und Susanne Musenbichler f\u00fcr das gro\u00dfe Bundesfinale in Wien, das im Juni stattfinden wird, alles Gute!<\/p>\n<p>Zudem bedanken wir uns bei Uni.-Ass.
