Er referierte dabei zum juristischen Dauerbrenner der verbotenen Einlagenr\u00fcckgew\u00e4hr bei der Finanzierung von Unternehmensk\u00e4ufen. Die anwesenden Teilnehmer aus allen Bereichen der Tiroler Wirtschaft, insbesondere aber dem Bankensektor, konnten sich dabei ein Bild von der aktuellen Rechtsprechung des OGH und damit den m\u00f6glichen Haftungsrisiken machen. In gewohnt entspannter Atmosph\u00e4re wurde anschlie\u00dfend bei einem kleinen Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck mit Univ.-Prof. Dr. Georg Kodek diskutiert.<\/p>\n<p>Die n\u00e4chste Veranstaltung unserer Veranstaltungsreihe \u201eCorporate Breakfast\u201c findet am 14.11.2025.
