He advises our clients primarily in the areas of civil and contract law as well as property and competition law.<\/p>\n<p>Before joining us as an associate, he gained valuable experience as an employee in law firms and tax consulting firms. In addition, Mario Kathrein has been a regular lecturer at the training center Wifi Tirol in the commercial and legal field since 2019 and is the author of numerous publications on property, civil and unfair competition law.<\/p>\n<p>He studied both law and business law at the University of Innsbruck in record time. Due to his academic success, he was awarded various scholarships, including several merit scholarships and a KODEX scholarship.
