Dr. Marcel Müller is an attorney at law at CHG Rechtsanwälte. His practice focuses on public procurement law and white-collar criminal law.

In the field of public procurement law, he advises contracting authorities and companies throughout all stages of procurement procedures. In particular, he assists with the structuring and implementation of complex procurement projects, drafts tender and contract documentation, and represents clients in public procurement review proceedings.

In white-collar criminal law, Dr. Marcel Müller defends and represents companies, managing directors, executives and private individuals in criminal proceedings. He also provides advice at an early stage before criminal-law disputes arise, assists clients during searches of premises, and advises on criminal-law risks associated with business decisions.

In addition, he advises on public commercial law and represents clients in proceedings before administrative authorities and administrative courts.
