The cross-location Business Law practice group supports you with a hands-on mentality in all corporate and commercial law issues, international contract drafting as well as strategic and contentious litigation; also (permanently) on site at your company.

With our many years of experience and deep expertise in corporate legal advice, we are at your side to pragmatically and successfully master complex legal challenges for your company. Our team is characterised by a combination of comprehensive legal expertise and entrepreneurial competence. It has many years of international (in-house) experience and an excellent understanding of the legal aspects that are relevant to your company. This enables us to analyse complex legal issues and develop precise solutions that meet your company’s business objectives. We work closely with our clients and advise them proactively to identify and minimise potential legal risks in advance.
