Public procurement law is a particular focus of our advice. The practice group also deals with all questions of public commercial law, from state aid law and trade law to environmental and regulatory law. We also utilise our experience from numerous public procurement procedures in the construction sector in civil disputes relating to construction projects (construction defect and warranty litigation).

Our Services

We are a market leader in public procurement law in western Austria (especially in Tyrol and Vorarlberg) and specialise in advising public clients from the planning of contract awards, through the preparation of tender documents, to the complete handling of fair and transparent award procedures. We also prepare expert opinions on public procurement procedures (in particular on issues relating to the applicability of public procurement law and the identification of room for manoeuvre). We regularly represent clients in declaratory and review proceedings before the courts. We advise bidders on participation in public procurement procedures and represent them in enforcing their rights, especially outside Tyrol.

In the area of public (commercial) law, we offer comprehensive advice and representation in a wide range of areas, including state aid law, regulatory law, trade law, environmental law and much more. We support our clients in enforcing their rights vis-à-vis public institutions and authorities and assist them in authorisation procedures (EIA procedures) and official decisions.

We contribute our many years of experience from numerous construction tenders and project management to construction processes. We support clients, building owners and construction companies in all legal matters relating to construction projects. From drafting contracts and enforcing claims (claim management and anti-claim management) to dispute resolution in the event of construction defects and breaches of contract, we provide our clients with expert support.
