Business Law

With hands-on experience our practice group Business Law supports you in all corporate and commercial law issues, international contract drafting as well as in strategic and contentious litigation across all our locations; we are also happy to provide (permanent) on-site support at your company.

Among our clients are companies of all sizes, in particular national and international groups, which appreciate the lawyers’ extensive in-house experience and their expertise in the field of international contract arrangements.

With CHG complete we are able to establish your own legal department if required. We are offering all legal activities and tasks of a own „on demand“ legal department without any personnel costs, holiday or temporary absences.
